    Meet the guest: Dr. Dale Blasi is a Professor and Extension Beef Specialist at Kansas State University and serves as Faculty Coordinator for the KSU Beef Stocker Unit and Doug Laue Feedyard. His work focuses on beef cattle nutrition, post-weaning management, feed efficiency, and practical production systems that support performance under changing environmental and market conditions. He holds a PhD in Ruminant Nutrition from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
