The name has its origins in the 2022 postseason for the Houston Astros, where New York Yankee fans infamously chanted, "We Want Houston" ahead of their ALCS matchup. The Astros went on to sweep the Yankees 4-0, and would eventually hoist their second MLB championship in team history. They wanted Houston, they got Houston.
