THE STRATEGY TO UNMASK — FOUR MOVES

Presence — be still long enough to notice yourself. Ask, in real time: Am I still me right now?
Truth — name what's underneath the mask. Separate what you chose, what you adapted into, what you inherited, and what you performed just to stay safe.
Inner Coherence — be the same person in the boardroom that you are at your own kitchen table. You can't lead a coherent team from an incoherent self.
Embodied Identity — practice the real self until it becomes how you live. The nervous system only trusts repeated execution.

From masked → to unmasked. A rebuilt narrative.
THIS WEEK'S ASSIGNMENT
Find one chair where the mask comes off — one person who's earned the real you. Then become that person to yourself first. Five minutes a day: How am I actually doing? What do I actually want?
