Welcome to grieving babes!

A space to talk about the very messy and real parts of grief. I’m Louigi and I want to talk about death, loss and change. All those parts that often go unnoticed in this world.

Since the death of my mother my life has changed. And I knew nothing is like it was.

I have met many grievers throughout the years and we all connected on one key element: the silence around death. The "not knowing" (especially in the west) of how to talk about endings, new beginnings and the messy parts of grief. When we talk about death, we talk about life, love and what it means to be human.

I’m a mediator and coach, dancer and music lover and a nerd for understanding feelings, emotions,politics and the spaces that we share.

    A platform and space to talk about the very messy and real parts of grief, that often go unnoticed in this world.

    I want to talk about death, about endings and new beginnings, what it means to grieve and loose important people in your life, how to talk about it in a death denial cultures (especially in the west), how to be with each other and make sense of grieving processes.

    This is the introduction and I will share about my story and my engagement with death before and after my mother suddenly passed.

    I love theories, books as much as giggles and softness. I will blend my analytical mind with my passionate heart in grieving babes.

    This space is also about your stories, about all the shades, troubles and giggles around grief.
