Summary
When Harry is in a very bad mood, his mother says, "Go outside and play, Harry. Being outdoors will make your heart feel happy!"
And his mother is right. The warm sunshine on Harry's face feels wonderful, and his tail begins to wag—just a little bit.
The fresh air feels so good that Harry decides to take a walk in the park. There, he meets a squirrel trying to dig a hole to bury acorns, a little boy whose sailboat has drifted into the middle of the pond, and a duck with both of her feet stuck deep in a mud puddle.
In each situation, Harry comes to the rescue, and each time he helps, his tail wags a little bit more.
