We’ll recap another bad Orioles loss after last night’s opener vs the White Sox, we’ll also look ahead to the rest of the Sox series and dive deeper into what their approach should be at the trade deadline. Plus, we’ll go over an AMAZING day of World Cup games and look at what lies ahead today and finally the USA’s match Wednesday night. The great Keith Mills from WBAL will be hanging out with us in studio this morning, we’ll get his thoughts on the O’s, maybe talk some Ravens and see whatever else comes up. At 11:45am, we are going to catch up with former MSJ Football standout Marlowe Wax who is now a linebacker for the Chargers, we’ll see how Marlowe is doing, talk about NFL life and playing under Jesse Minter. We’ll chat with MASN’s Ben McDonald later in the program as well and see where Ben is at with the club amid their recent slide and what he thinks as they enter the month of ‘Joo-lie’. Plenty to cover on the program as we get ready to send you off into the weekend, we’ll try to put the Orioles disappointing west coast road trip behind us and look ahead to this weekend with the Nationals in town, plus we’ll react to the USMNT dropping their third and final group stage matchup with Turkiye last night as they now prepare solely for their knockout round game vs Bosnia & Herzegovina on Wednesday night. We will dive deeper into the Orioles at 2:20pm when we catch up with Orioles Hall of Famer and 105.7 The Fan Analyst Mike Bordick to take him temperature following the difficult road trip, what he thinks as the trade deadline nears, and much more. Then at 2:45pm, we will continue talking trade deadline with Eno Sarris of The Athletic who published a list of the top 50 MLB Trade Deadline candidates earlier this week, Adley Rutschman did not appear on the list, but we’ll ask Eno his thoughts on an Adley deal regardless. Then at 3:15pm, we will head out west to catch up with the Maryland Whipsnakes and the PLL as we chat with Whips’ All Star Aidan Carroll as the PLL is in San Diego this weekend before coming back to Annapolis next weekend for All Star Weekend!

With Stan ‘The Fan’ Charles and Griffin Bass as we look back on another week of Orioles baseball, we’ll dive into Stan’s feelings after the O’s disappointing West Coast road trip where the birds went 4-5, yet still only sit 1.5 games back of the third and final wild card spot. We’ll see how Stan feels about the team, we’ll talk trade deadline and what the Orioles approach should/needs to be and plenty more. At 11:20am, to help us address all of the above we are going to check in with Andy Kostka of the Baltimore Banner who was traveling with the team out west last week, we’ll see what he makes of their most recent heart-wrenching loss and how he is viewing the trade deadline right now. Then at 11:50am we are going to catch up with PressBox cover story writer Dave Lomonico who wrote latest PressBox cover story for the month of June on Kevin Brown, we’ll chat with Dave about the O’s play-by-play announcer, what makes his story unique and plenty more. Plus, we’ll Griffin will take us around the league in ‘This Week In (the rest of) Baseball’ and an update on Stan’ power rankings!

We will dive more in the World Cup at 11:20am when we catch up with former USMNT Star and now Fox5 analyst down in DC, Bruce Murray to get his thoughts on the tournament so far as we near the Knockout stage and get his thoughts on tonight’s USA/Türkiye match. At 11:45am, we will head out to Bowie to check in with the Chesapeake Baysox and catch up with starting pitcher Joseph Dzierwa who is having an excellent season after already being promoted from Frederick to Chesapeake earlier this year.
