Sean Flynn and the production team have provided a calm and measured tone across these episodes that gives the voices of the participants emotional weight and impact. The story could easily be an action movie, but the space given to the folks on every side of the frantic events allows the team drama to unfold via their words. This podcast will likely change how you think of what happens at sea and the people who do that work on our behalf.

Superbly researched and produced. Atmospheric and totally engaging. Wonderfully structured, polished narration and compelling listening. In places, deeply moving especially some of the US coastguards recollections of endeavouring to be the last hope to the survivors. An outstanding listen. Exceptional work by Sean Flynn and hugely recommended. Don’t overlook it.
