When she turned 40 she knew something had to change in terms of her happiness and health.
Like a lot of women, finding what this next season of her life looked like took Fern time, she shares what it felt like coming back to finding who she is now.
Fern is now a yoga teacher and empowerment & life coach and is helping other women make change in their lives bringing a depth of understanding to her work.
