Firstly, i wasn’t a Derren Brown fan when i stumbled across his Bootcamp for the Brain during lockdowns; that’s changed.

This follows an effective and entertaining format, with expert contributors, some personal context and wry humour.

Each episode is as thought provoking as it is brilliantly produced. I hope there are more topics to get this treatment.

Truely changed my life brilliant series from way back in the safe days in bootcamp for the brain. Took me on a spiritual path very much out of body medative state. Almost killed me too so be carefull if at all feeling high emotions.
