Welcome to The Hallowed Dead, a brand-new local show, written and produced by our new host, Kevin Sullivan!

The Hallowed Dead is an anthology of the lives of the saints. We can all draw wisdom, courage, and inspiration from the lives of people who surrendered everything to God. These men and women embraced sacrifice, endured suffering, and lived with a clarity that comes only from knowing Christ is King. Their stories challenge us. They invite us to look inward, to measure our own lives against eternity, and to remember that everything this world has to offer is nothing compared to the kingdom of heaven.

In this premiere episode, Kevin presents the life of St. Padre Pio, the friar who bled with Christ. He heard the sins of soldiers fresh from the front lines. He spoke of invisible wars between angels and demons. He was investigated by the Vatican more times than any priest of his century. And he died with crowds outside his monastery, weeping, believing they had seen the face of holiness.
