    About Dr Reena Sohal:

    Journeying from Dentistry and into Holistic health Dr. Reena Sohal is on a mission to help you to “Love your body and Mind your thoughts”.

    When her mum found a cancerous lump on her breast in 2014 Dr. Reena Sohal moved towards ancient healing techniques to rediscover what is “true health”. On this journey she accidentally, and on purpose, fell out of mainstream Dentistry and began to unravel her own inner passions and healing work. Everything directed her back to her own inner heart’s calling, her real home.

    With an array of healing modalities available Dr. Reena Sohal is bringing Ayurveda, Yoga and Energy Healings to her clients, a dream becoming reality.

    Dr. Reena Sohal thrives on changing her own “I can’t” into “I can” and loves to help guide her clients to do the same. Whether it’s swimming or singing she finds herself discovering new ways of being in creative joy in this body she calls Me.

    I am a sketch artist based Birmingham. My journey of sobriety from alcohol and art started in February 2018. I went from Rehab to a female dry house also attending courses with crisis skylight Birmingham which I received a Changing lives Grant for my art. I am now creating from home, selling on Etsy, and using social platforms for my art to view.
