Probably the best thing that has come out of my meditation practice is the ability to quickly and clearly see a cycle or pattern. Some of these patterns developed after my abuse and some of the cycles stemmed from my family unit. Regardless of where they started, seeing them clearly for what they are in my adult life has been life changing! The best part about all of this I no longer have to agree to continue these patterns or cycles. I can consciously choose to do different, think different, or be different. It's absolutely liberating!!

This week I talk about my Soul's Mission. If you have never meditated before and asked your higher self what your soul's mission is, I HIGHLY recommend you do such. It is actually fascinating what comes through.

Knowing your soul's mission can be extremely helpful. Especially when navigating loss, relationships, jobs, friendships, etc. If any of those are out of alignment of your soul's mission, the cut-off line is real clear then.
