Atlas Rise Intro Podcast 1 Jared Shaw

Welcome to Atlas Rise. I’m Jared, and if you had met me a few years ago, there’s a good chance I wouldn’t have believed I’d ever be sitting behind a microphone doing this.

In my 40s, I was hit with an autoimmune disorder that nearly took me out. I spent months in hospitals, went through medications, confusion, frustration, and a lot of days wondering what life was going to look like going forward.

What I discovered through all of that is something I wish someone had told me earlier: healing isn’t just about the body. It’s your mindset, your emotions, your habits, your relationships, and the stories you tell yourself.

Atlas carried the weight of the world on his shoulders. A lot of us do that too — we carry expectations, stress, pain, responsibilities, and sometimes battles nobody else sees.

This podcast is about learning how to put some of that weight down and become stronger because of what you’ve gone through, not defined by it.

We’ll talk about health, resilience, stress, mindset, rebuilding yourself, and the lessons I’ve learned — sometimes the hard way.

If you’re trying to rise from something in your own life, you’re in the right place.

    Let’s get started.
