    This week I battled printer problems, a car repair that seemed determined to win, bruised arms, a broken brake clip, and a heavy-duty zip tie that temporarily became part of my repair strategy.

    In the middle of all that, a phone call from my son and a visit from my friend Steven reminded me that God often shows up through people.

    We'll laugh a little, talk about those frustrating weeks we've all had, and look at why the words from Ecclesiastes about "two being better than one" hit differently this time.
