It gets messy fast. Everyone has a different opinion on how much access parents should have to a newly engaged couple.

Scripture: Genesis 2:24 – That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.

  • Episode 61: Should Christians Stay In Unhappy Marriages Part 2
    Jun 2 2026

Welcome back to All In Our Business, the podcast where we put relationships under the microscope, drop the filters, and talk about the things most people only whisper about in the chat rooms. I’m your host, and today we are stepping directly into the pews. We are asking a heavy, uncomfortable question that millions of people of faith wrestle with behind closed doors: Should Christians stay in unhappy marriages? And more importantly, has the institutional church failed us when it came to marital reality?

Look, we have all heard the sermons. "God hates divorce." "Just pray a little harder." "Fast for another three days and watch God move." But what happens when you’ve fasted, you’ve prayed, you’ve gone to counseling, and the marriage is still a hollow shell? What happens when staying is destroying your mental health, your spirit, and your peace?

Scripture: John 16:33 – I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.

Welcome back to All in Our Business, the podcast where we get deep into the business of life, love, and the culture that shapes us. I'm your host, and today we’re changing it up and doing something fun. For those of you who don’t know TC loves movies! He is the ultimate movie critic and can probably recite some movies line by line sooooo now every time we watch some classic movies…he is now accessing them from the love angle. Therefore, we thought it would convey some of these thoughts to our listeners because why wouldn’t yall wouldn’t want to be all in our business. So today we’re talking about two films that redefined the 'sports romance' genre: the 2000 cult classic Love & Basketball and the 2010 favorite Just Wright. These two films show very different kinds of love, even though both are connected to basketball. Love and basketball is about growing into love over time-love starts young and is intense, emotional and sometimes toxic. Both people are ambitious and stubborn. They hurt each other because they’re still maturing. In this story, love requires time apart, growth, and self-discovery. Just Wright is about recognizing real love and when it shows up. Love grows from friendship, care, and consistency. One person (Leslie) shows up selflessly and authentically. The other learns to value substance over looks…there’s less drama but more focus on emotionally safety and respect.

Scripture: Romans 12:10 - Be devoted to one another in lover. Honor one another above yourselves.

Welcome back to another episode of All In Our Business, where we don't just scratch the surface—we get into the heart of what makes our lives and relationships actually work. I’m your host, and today we are tackling a topic that might ruffle some feathers, but it’s a conversation that needs to happen: Ladies, how are we actually treating our men? Let’s talk about it. So often, everyone always ask how are women being treated but isn’t it equally important to check to see how men are being treated or naw? LOL. Naw it certainly is for any successful partnership-to ensure BOTH partners are feeling love, respected, and whatever else they need in the relationship. So today we gonna spend alittle time talking about what men need, what men deserve, and where he’s falling short AND ALSO dive into the power of respect, the difference between being a partner and being a critic, and why admiration might be the very thing your relationship is starving for. Whether you’re in a long-term marriage or just started dating, today is about leveling up how we show up for the men we love. So, grab your coffee or your wine—it's time to get all in our business.

Scripture: Genesis 2:18 - The Lord God said, "It is not good for man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.

If you’re waiting for your partner to do exactly half so you can do your half, you’re not in a marriage, you’re in a transaction. Today we’re debunking the 50/50 myth. Are we treating these relationships more like a math equation or team sport? We’re going to talk about why striving for "equal" actually creates resentment and what the "All In" alternative looks like. So today we are addressing the 50/50 myth!!!

Scripture: Philippians 2:3-4 – Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.
