From there, we walk through practical ways to discern what you’re taking in from social media, podcasts, music, and even your own emotions. Then we land on the center: Jesus is the test of truth. What someone believes about Jesus reveals what’s behind the message, and Scripture keeps us anchored when culture keeps shifting. I also unpack common “worldly” scripts that sound comforting but can quietly pull us away from holiness, repentance, and real freedom.
