We brought in not one, but TWO of the greatest female martial artists on both film and in actual competition. Cynthia Rothrock is our highlight with this movie, but you get a bonus Michelle Yeoh in the mix. Cynthia is one of the inventors of the Scorpion kick which might just be one of the coolest moves that exists, and she's quite the accomplished real world fighter in her own right. She comes into this movie about halfway through and easily makes her mark as one of the most badass women of 80s action movies.

This week on the show, we leave the shores of mainland China behind and officially bring in our first Brit to the ranks of famous martial artists! You may not consider Jason Statham one of the pantheons, especially due to his more recent work, but his hand to hand combat stunt work in the early days of his career was certainly something to marvel at. He's quite the accomplished martial artists in his own right, not to mention a fantastic diver. Statham shows up on the scene in The Transporter to cause a lot of chaos and generally be a pain in the rear to a set of gangsters. He also gets to drive fast cars while he does it.

This week, Donnie Yen hits the mean streets of a non-descript crime town to try to clean up the mess being made by a crime boss. There are a lot of knives, a lot of blood, and some of the most agile fighting we've seen so far on this show. If you like lightening fast fights, this is the movie for you. We also found ourselves lamenting the fact that even though Donnie Yen is our age, we assume he is able to get off a couch without a ton of effort. Seriously, the guy is ridiculous.
