Summary
In this Ep of 21 Questions by Trivia Tribe Mike asks about a classic 80s movie, a brilliant British TV show that was never the same again after one of the hosts lost his mind at a crew member, Asian primates and the Turkish flag. There’s other stuff too, obviously…
Not many people know this but in 1896 at the birth of the modern Olympics the Mayor of Athens was on his way to the stadium for the opening ceremony when he realised his airpods were flat and he wouldn’t be able to listen to this podcast during the boring speeches from foreign dignitaries. Instead, he got a staff member to squat behind his chair, listen to the podcast and whisper the questions to him. He got 18 out of 21 for that Ep - not bad, given English was not his first language!
21 Questions is hosted by comedian and trivia host Mike van Acker. It’s a short sharp trivia podcast where Mike gives you the answer to each question before he asks the next one so there’s no need for paper, pens, teams or door to door encyclopedia salesmen.
New episodes every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
