The content style you adopted because one post unexpectedly went well. The offer you repackaged because someone in your peer group launched something similar and suddenly you felt like you needed to catch up.

Each one makes sense in isolation. Stack enough of them together and one day you wake up and the business just doesn’t feel like yours anymore.
