  • Holy Trinity Series Teyvon the Founder
    Jun 12 2026
Holy Trinity is my space for living at the intersection of basketball, visionary artistry, and music.

I came up an athlete and grew into a creative — and somewhere in between, I stopped choosing between my passions and started letting them feed each other. Basketball is my discipline: showing up when no one's watching. Music is my source — I break down the songs and lyrics that shifted how I see the world. Visionary artistry is how I see everything else: the films, the art, the landscapes and landmarks most people pass by.

This is for former athletes, multi-passionate creatives, and anyone trying to make sense of more than one calling. No boxes. No single lane. Just the work of becoming more of yourself without leaving behind where you came from.

Expect song breakdowns, basketball reflections, visual studies, and honest conversations with people on the same path — with more added as the series grows.

Welcome to Holy Trinity. Let's align.

  • Your Inner Child Is Still Running Your Life… And You Don’t Even Know It
    Jun 2 2026
    Most people don’t lack success.

    They lack meaning.

In Part 2 of Holy Trinity, we go deeper into discipline, solitude, healing the inner child, and why pleasure without purpose leaves you empty.

    This conversation explores:

    • Why meaning is more powerful than pleasure
    • How discipline shapes identity • The truth about solitude
    • Why your inner child might still be running your life
    • What healing actually looks like This isn’t self-help. It’s self-awareness.

Holy Trinity is a platform where reflection meets responsibility — where you see yourself in someone else’s story.
If something in this resonates, sit with it.
Not everything is meant to be consumed quickly.

Some things are meant to be integrated.

  • The Part Nobody Applauds (Pt. 1)
    Jun 2 2026
In Part 1 of this conversation with Reg, we talk about what it really means to evolve. Not motivation. Not manifestation buzzwords. But responsibility, frequency, and living what you say you believe.

Reg breaks down why some people feel “invisible,” why others feel threatened by growth, and why accountability is the real separator—not talent, not luck, not systems.

This episode is for anyone who feels like they’ve outgrown old rooms… but haven’t fully stepped into the next one yet. Watch slowly. Sit with it.

  • What Sports Taught Me About Life After the Game
    Jun 2 2026
In this episode of Holy Trinity, I sit down with Brian Jackson to break down the three pillars that shaped his life: Coaching, Music, and Basketball — the things that keep him grounded, focused, and connected to who he’s becoming.

🎵 MUSIC Brian shares how music didn’t just inspire him — it saved him. It gave him a place to feel understood, to hear artists be vulnerable, to realize he wasn’t the only one carrying certain weights. Music became his mirror, his language, and his escape.

🏀 COACHING Brian talks about discovering he was a natural-born leader. Coaching wasn’t just a job — it was a calling. For him, coaching is how he pours into the future. It’s how he guides young men who look to him for discipline, direction, and belief when life gets heavy. This is his way of shaping the world one kid at a time.
⛹🏽‍♂️ BASKETBALL Basketball gave him community, structure, and identity. It taught him how to show up, how to compete, how to be accountable. The sport became a home — a place where he could be himself and grow into himself.

This conversation is raw, reflective, and real. If you’re an athlete, a creative, a coach, or anyone trying to find your rhythm in life — this one is for you.
