My wife was diagnosed at 34 years old with ADHD and she wanted information on what it was and how she could better cope with the associated problems. She really struggled with memory and concentrating so chapter 4 was a life saver for her which gave her strategies to cope and improve those areas. Well narrated and easy to follow with life changing advice around coping with ADHD. Highly recommended.

A great resource for women with adhd. A colleague has recently been diagnosed so this has been a massive help for me to understand how it impacts her everyday life and for me to help her to manage her various challenges. I am a mom of a beautiful soon-to-be adult daughter with ADHD so listening to this book helps me understand some of the challenges she may face as an adult. I was able to connect the struggles my daughter has now with several topics in this book and it helps me understand maybe how to better prepare her for when she is living on her own. The author does a beautiful job of reminding women that there is nothing wrong with their brain. It is wired differently. Many people with ADHD feel something is wrong with them or that they are broken.

Hearing real-life stories and advice from women who have harnessed the power of their ADHD has been inspiring and reassuring. It reminds me that my daughter has the potential to thrive and that ADHD can be her greatest gift, not a hindrance.

I enjoyed the chapter on dating, love and friendships my daughter seems to be behind the curve in these areas so having this section to help with the next phases in her life was helpful. There were also great strategies shared for improving focus, time management, and strengthening her executive functioning skills that I have not tried before.

This book will keep your attention, which is quite difficult with ADHD, as it is very engaging and provides you with information to help you with your current struggles so that you can thrive.

I've known and witnessed a few people I know who has some form of ADHD. It can be challenging but with proper guidance, it can be dealt with. And this book is a great guide which can definitely help you focus on important things in your life when you're struggling with ADHD. The simple hacks that the author mentioned are very useful and practical which can help you get started. Eventually, your life is significantly going to improve as you gradually take in all the information provided by this book. Highly recommended!
