Devin ends up in rural South Carolina after his mother is crippled by the drug. The youngster is often left alone to daydream and to find his own way in an ever-changing reality. Through hardships, confusion, and chaos, Dixon struggles to be normal. Between problems, pain, and poverty, will he make it out?
