There are so many LOL parts in this story. The humour and narrative keep you listening. Great narration, well worth a credit. I look forward to the next book in the series.

Cracking - if insane - version of the Arthurian myth.

Very funny, very rude and lots and lots of fun. A sort of Eastern/Western cultivation adventure with more pop culture references than you can shake a flaming swearing sword at.

I just don’t understand how or why this book has such positive reviews. I kept telling myself to persevere in the hope it would get better but I found myself inwardly groaning at the thought of pressing play. I don’t have a television and I listen to audiobooks all day, so given how many wonderful books await my attention, I decided not to waste any more time on this one. I won’t be trying any further books written by this author.
