Jack and Wren were hateful and spiteful towards each other but the smexy times was off the charts lustful. Loved the push & pull between them, the sparks and how deep their (specially Jack’s) connection was despite everything.
And because such yumminess always comes in pairs, Samantha Brentmoor and Teddy Hamilton smashed their parts as Wren and Jack.

This is book 5 in the Boston Billionaires series of stories and Jack and Wren are the stars of the show.
I listened to the audiobook which is a phenomenal listen narrated by Teddy Hamilton and Samantha Brentmoor who were perfection with how they performed these two characters it enhanced the Enemies to Lovers trope because having it acted out is brilliant.
I Loved listening to Teddy and Samantha tell this story.
As well as the enemies to lovers this is also an age gap and brothers best friend romance...It all starts at a masked Halloween party were Jack and Wren get together not knowing who eachother is and Jack takes her V-card..Then when the masks come off the realisation that he has just had sex with his best friends sister..Jack doesn't react well and regrets what happened, and well this is were they start to hate on eachother.
They are better as enemies because the more they hate eachother the more they can ignore their attraction and ignore the fact they do like one another.
But they both never forget that night.
Jack is a doctor and best friends with Wren's brother, who is together with Jack's sister.Wren is a doctor in training,4 years go by in which Wren has changed as she has been through alot.A relationship went really bad and she has been scarred by it,in more ways than one.
Wren is a real fighter she is sassy and fiesty and shows so much resiliance and strength to not let what happened to her stop her from pursuing her dream.
But now Jack is her boss for 4 weeks at the hospital all her family work at and even worse he is her new neighbour.!!
It is like fate wants to bring them together..
The banter and snarky jibes between Jack and Wren is amazing they really don't hold anything back with their hate...Their chemistry is strong and their attraction is potent and it is getting harder and harder to keep it contained....The hate sex in this book is FANTASTIC !!
Jack has also been hurt by a previous relationship and so has basically given up on dating.
I do love Jack especially when all the walls come down and they get together,he wants to shout it from the rooftops that he is with Wren and tell everyone. He is all in but it is Wren who is reluctant to tell people..Her family are really great but they are very protective over Wren and bonus they love Jack since they have always known him too.
But her reluctance to tell everyone could potentially ruin their romance and their careers.
J.Saman has written an incredible love/hate book her words draw you in and I was hooked listening to this book...I Love her writing.
This book is sensational and I loved listening to it.
5 Brillaint Stars.

Jack & Wren have such a tumultuous relationship, they have a past that has caused a lot of hurt & animosity. But they can’t escape each other, when Jack is best friend’s with Wren’s brother.
There is so much tension and angst and snark between these two. Jack is hopelessly in love and doesn’t know it, and Wren is holding onto her hurt so she can’t see it.
Once these two FINALLY work their past out, it is passion, love, banter, healing and spice.

Angsty

Every book in this series has been phenomenal, but Jack and Wren just took the top spot (Sorry Mason and Stone 🙏)

Holly, hell, what did I just finish listening to. First, let me just say Teddy and Samantha deserve an Oscar for this performance, Both narrators bring their characters to life with distinct voices and emotional depth. The Teddy captures Jack’s broody intensity perfectly, while Samantha gives Wren just the right mix of vulnerability and sass. Their delivery makes the tension feel palpable and the romantic payoff even more satisfying.

What makes Undeniably Enemies stand out in the romance genre is its careful balance between heartfelt character development and spicy romantic build-up. Wren and Jack's history adds weight to their present-day conflict, and their journey from animosity to affection feels natural rather than rushed. J. Saman doesn’t shy away from letting them fumble and fight their way through their feelings, which makes their eventual connection all the more rewarding.

Let's just say the spice went a whole another level with this book, and I thought Mason and Stone had the dirty talk down pat. J. Saman just joined the ranks of Elodie hart and Sadie Kincaid for me!

Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️/5
Narration: 5/5
Plot: 5/5
Overall: 5/5

Best J.Saman Story ever written!

I love when an enemies to lovers trope have main characters who truly don’t like each other. These two were believable as enemies. I really liked the progression of their relationship. The chemistry between the two was truly explosive and provided some steamy scenes. I also loved the emergency room / hospital setting and the workplace scenario. It added a nice layer of angst. This has been such a great series. I love how close and intertwined this group is and the check ins we get from previous couples.

I could not have dreamt a better duo to narrate this story. They are a dream team with a dual style narration. Both did phenomenal with voicing their counterpart characters. The emotions can out in force as well. Very good audio performances!!
