Loved everyone of the books. Fantastic characters. Fantastic narrator. If you’ve not read them yet, get started. I’ve read the series twice…and that’s not something I usually do. You won’t be disappointed.

As per, this book doesn't disappoint and is very addictive to listen to, unfortunately, now i have to wait for the next one.
I'll just have to listen to them all again.

This audiobook has a great mix of intrigue, twists, battle, humour and some very touching moments. I love getting the empire point of view in the last chapter.

The pace of the book was perfect. The characters are interesting and there are some very funny moments.

I loved the insight into magic and the different ways its used or countered, the hunt for loot and Gerald continues to be my favourite character.

The narrator did a fantastic job as usual.

If you enjoyed the other books you should enjoy this one. I look forward to the next. Both author and narrator deserve thanks for all the hard work.
