Enjoyable mix of Geopolitics and operator action, military specs felt a little like editor additions. Aus and English accents terrible!

Classic Clancy/Ryan universe setting

Forget the fact that Jack has been President since the mid 90’s ??? I’m struggling to find something since 96’s Executive Orders that is fundamentally plausible and with massive geopolitical consequences. It’s Ward Larsen (not familiar with his work but I will certainly be checking more) first outing in the Ryanverse and he’s crafted a doozie with a great balance of the new and old guard, blunt force kinetic action that coupled with some again plausible ai driven “activities” that reflect the bleeding edge of the current battlefield.
No Jack Jnr? No worries Kyle and Katie do stellar work and if I have a criticism it’s like Jnr Katie lands in the middle of a plot all too conveniently.
Recommended-hell yes.

This is another brilliant book, although Jack jnr isn't mentioned we see familiar chargers and explore Katie and Kyle Ryan. Brilliant exciting and twist filled storyline brings another Tom Clancy inspired Jack Ryan book
