What does Mark Billingham bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

Excellent narration, but then of course he would know better than anyone, how it should be read!

My first book by this author. I really enjoyed it. I found it well written, absorbing and it bounced along nicely.

Brilliantly read by the author, who is a master of different regional accents and manages, thus, to differentiate well between his characters. We'll-drawn and sympathetic protagonists and a story line that kept me guessing til the end. Highly recommend.
