There is alot of yearning and Angst as Julia goes back to the seaside town she grew up in,but she hasn't gone back willingly.
Julia's Father has passed away and she has to go back to the town she left behind 10 years ago,she also left the man she loved...to pursue her career in Photography.
She has to settle her Fathers estate so will be in town for 2 months and she is not happy, as memories assault her,and she is forced to confront her past.
Adrian works at the Marina and Julia is the only woman he had ever loved,she broke his heart when she left and now she is back for a short time.
He still loves her...and she still loves him...they re-connect but can he be enough for her to stay for good.?
Amy's writing is very descriptive and it is easy to imagine the boats in the harbour and the smell of the salty sea air.
Narrated by Courtney Maya who did a wonderful performance as ALL of the male and Female characters.I enjoyed listening to her.

This book has so many emotions going through it. We meet Julia has she returns home after her father’s death. Then soon has a emotional reunion with Adrian. So much to unpack him staying and her leaving. These two have history and so much tension. A love story that is full of emotions and both need to sort out what they want.
