Holocaust survivor Viktor E. Frankl is known as the founder of logotherapy, a mode of psychotherapy based on human's motivation to search for meaning in his life. The author discusses his ideas in the context of other prominent psychotherapies and describes the techniques he uses with his patients to combat the "existential vacuum".

Originally published in 1969 and compiling Frankl's speeches on logotherapy, The Will to Meaning is regarded as a seminal work of meaning-centered therapy. This new and carefully adapted audio version is read from the 2014 print edition.

A great book getting you into logotherapy. Personally, as an individual with ADHD tryna figure my life out, i had a great response to the book and its teachings, and it has profoundly shifted my understanding of how to be a better human, and also how to teach a better mindset. This book should be listened too after the stories of «mans search of meaning», as they bring an important context to Frankls methods and teachings. The pdf along with the book, contributes with great visuals of how logotherapy is utilized, but serves no meaning before the book explains them. After the explanations, the models are something i already started using in conversations.
Great book for those seeking litterature about the «How» to meaning.
