The story was a bit boring, even so the characters were charming. The narrator did a great job and it is a pleasure listening to him, as he brings the characters together and alive. As I skipped forward twice in this book I can only give 3 stars.

How many nasty characters can you fit in a story? An Earl with a Yorkshire accent, whose family spend their time in one room, despite the size of their house. Then there is the bouncing Heroine, who is a willing sacrifice. Such a wimp!!!! The Hero is not better, such drivel and it gets worse as the tale progresses.🤢
