The 5 pathways regarding the vagus nerve and the steps outlined were new and exciting for her, and there was a lot of content in the audiobook that was pro-active and completely new - many of the steps she will apply straight away. The mindset practices I will adopt and use and are helpful for the type of work I do and with very limited time off.
