It’s going to be a summer she’ll never forget.

Claire’s little sister Holly has been working on the millionaire’s playground of Martha’s Vineyard, going to barefoot beach parties and flirting with the local rich kids. But now she’s missing and none of the locals seem to care, including the police. They think a message Claire received is proof she’s safe.

But Claire knows for a fact that her sister didn’t send it.

What will she have to risk to find out the truth? Who are the locals protecting? And what does it have to do with another girl who went missing five years ago?

An unmissable psychological thriller summer listen from the #1 bestselling author, for fans of Heidi Perks, Claire Douglas and Lucy Clarke.

This was a great story, well narrated. Twist and turns with an ultimately sad narrative but still good to listen to.

When sister Holly doesn't answer her phone, Clare jumps on a plane to Martha's Vineyard to track her down. Dual timeline told from the pov of both Clare in the present and Holly in the past.

Great narration. Let down by the ending. What was the point of the evidence being found and the discovery of the culprit?

Dual timeline, dual pov

I thought it would be more of a thriller but its mainly a mystery book. The storyline was interesting and kept me hooked. The plot twist at the end was good and I didn't expect it.

An interesting mystery book
