This is a story about some wonderful little people who dwell in the top of the steeple, which overlooks the front of Chatterpie Grange.
It's nearly Christmas. Lulu is looking out of the window wishing for snow. She's so excited, not just about Christmas but about whether the Snow Circus will come this year.
