I have been working out for years and always look to consistently learn and improve hence why my research never stops. Although I have not hit my 50’s yet, I’ve picked up some really good exercises from this book which I’ve started to incorporate into my current routine. The pdf illustrations were really helpful. Worth a check for any serious lifters regardless of age.

I feel like this book has considered lots of things i wouldn't have hought of. The workout routine is completely adjusted for the over 50 group. Clear explanations of how and were to start, introduction to the equipment, benefits and risks explained. Bodyweight, dumbells, kettle bells, VIPER technique, etc. the book is loaded with useful info - worth the purchase!

I bought this audiobook for my husband who is 55 year old. He used to work out at the gym but due to certain aches and pains, he stopped going. This book has recharged his appetite to work out again. I'm amazed at how eager he is to get back into shape. He has more energy and even eats healthier foods which I thought I would never see. I really like the way the book offers different options for older men who can't work out like they used to but still want to look good. Thank you for getting my husband off the couch!
