This was a different kind of self-love book. The author's tone of voice, expressed beautifully by the narrator, was very cheerful throughout the entire audiobook and made the whole experience enjoyable. We tend to be overly serious when we go through tough times, and a self-love journey is not an easy path. "Stressica" was a fun and loving companion on this journey. A must-have for anyone who wants to break free from negativity and self-doubt.

This book was just the right combination of humour, candour, and encouragement that I didn’t even realise I needed. The narrator brought so much personality to the words that it felt like listening to a friend who truly understands what it’s like to wrestle with perfectionism and self-doubt. The mix of laugh-out-loud moments and deeply relatable insights made it utterly compelling from start to finish.

The way the author wove personal stories with useful tools felt genuine and achievable.
