Critic reviews

A cult in the making.
Clever, exciting, funny . . . and, finally, moving.
A pychological thriller with shades of Memento and The Matrix and the fiction of Mark Danielewski; page-turning, playful and chilling by turns.
Fast, sexy, intriguing, intelligent - The Raw Shark Texts is all these and more: a cult waiting to happen, a blockbuster begging to be made. Steven Hall is a truly fantastic storyteller. Investigate, now!

A little bit like a Douglas Adams book. Very well read, funny and amusing. A lot of fun.

I realised it was an abridged performance but so much was cut that it lost the flare, wit and genius of the original book. I really wanted an unabridged version but its not available on Audible

Great reading, interesting story but a bit hard to understand. A lot of visual descriptions that was hard to get, but overall a good reading.

Davenport’s reading was excellent!!

Doesn’t mention anywhere in the description that this audiobook is an abridged version of the original.
