In the 1960s and early 1970s, he confined most of his lectures to Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco. A really great book and I highly recommend it. It is Definitely worth the read at least once

I wouldn’t buy this book. It needs a single paragraph to tell you its one idea. I’m not knocking the idea, just the fact it needs to be drawn out for a book. Also the performance is sloppy and needs outtakes being removed
