Candace and Dejario are researchers on the Courage Space Station. Dejario believers he is a “Penguin Whisperer” but Candace just wishes he would get back to work instead of playing with the penguins all day. But when Candace and Dejario's space station is struck by a meteor, they must use Dejario’s knowledge of penguins in order to survive the falling temperature. Using the Emperor Penguins' warming tactics—huddling and collodial jamming—Candace and Dejario are able to keep warm with the help of the penguins until help arrives!
