I was eight years old when I found out I had a father. It was the same day I held my dead mother in my arms while praying her life wasn't really over.

I was dropped into the middle of a new family not long after that. My dad, his wife, and their two kids to be exact. My new brother was ten years old and my sister was five. It doesn't take a genius to figure out I wasn’t supposed to be there.

My family ended up bigger than that though. My dad was a member of the Aces High Motorcycle Club.

From the very beginning I was ostracized because of who my mother had been. The daughters of club members were generally known as MC Princesses. My little sister was one. My title was a bit different, and proved that my mom's sins would always be held against me. I was The Other Princess.

My family, both by blood and MC ties, did wrong by me so I walked away from them. That was until he came home from the Army.

He tried to fix everything.

He tried to win an unattainable heart that had shut down years earlier.

I would know since it was my heart he was after.

He didn't realize it would take a miracle.

Secretly, I hoped I could still believe in miracles.

*Note: The Aces High Charleston Series should be read in order. The Charleston Chapter Series of the Aces High MC Franchise deals heavily with internal family themes, and is not your typical MC against MC with romance thrown in book. This is a family drama. The family just so happens to live and breathe bikes and the MC lifestyle. The only things blown up in this audiobook will be a few hearts. ;) You have been warned! This is a full length novel.

This is a spectacular book about how Ever had to deal with her past hurts. The story will have you crying and thinking the worst of her family members. She misses out on the normal teenage things because she felt like an outsider. This is a heartbreaking and heartwarming romance. This is a fantastically written story.
The narrator’s Sarah Puckett and DC Cole make a fabulous team together. I love listening to Sarah and DC Cole narration because there are the perfect combination of sweet, sassy with sexy rasp.
I definitely recommend this book!!

Different type of MC romance!!

This emotionally poignant story shows how the consequence of a few harmfully uttered words can change the life of an eight year old girl, even into her young adulthood. One brave young man helped set straight the repercussions of the rift.
Sarah Puckett and DC Cole narrated this thought provoking and beautiful story.

I absolutely loved this book. It was an emotional story, I even shed some tears. Ever was such a great girl, beautiful inside and out so the ill treatment and resentment she had to endure literally broke my heart. I loved Declan for wanting to make it better for Ever and loving her the way he did.

Both narrators did a fabulous job. Their voices were perfect for the main characters and also impersonated all the others very well. The quality of the recording was superb too.

Wow, this story just blew me away! Christine Michelle is a new to me author and I will definitely be checking out some of her other work. “The Other Princess” is a beautiful story, one that tugs at your heart. It well written, well told story and completely captivating, once I started the book I did not want to put it down. It is not your typical MC story, it is so much more. The characters are well developed, Ever, the lead character is the star of the story, well it is her story and how her family and the MC club treated her. She did not have an easy life, her Mom died when she was 8 and she was delivered to her father, one she did not even know existed. She was not welcomed by all with open arms, but that first day her new brother, Toby told her everything will be ok, that he and his friend Jay would protect her. Unfortunately it did not turn out that way when they betrayed her. The author did a great job capturing how cruel teenage bullying could go. My heart went out to Ever, I was so glad Lucy, her stepmom was there for her when all the drama played out. I adored Ever’s strength and how she set out to make her own life. I appreciated when Declan came into the picture, loved how supportive he was, how patient he was with her and his idea to help her heal. He is a true hero. But can a broken person be healed, can those who broke her be forgive. I highly recommend this story, it takes you on an emotional rollercoaster ride, there is drama, angst, heartache, romance, friendship and learning to let go, learning to forgive, learning to really live. Christine Michelle, thank you for this great story, I am looking forward to the next in the series.

I listened to the Audible edition, narrated but he talented Sarah Puckett and D.C. Cole. They are awesome voice performers. They bring the characters to life, give each their own voice and personality. Their performances reflects the emotions of the characters, Sarah’s Ever was just heart wrenching at times, she allowed you to feel her pain and raw emotion. I loved D.C. Cole’s Declan too. Both are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for this great listen🎧.

Wonderful! It is so sad how people really do treat others, even children like how the MC was treated here. I only wish I knew who they were taking about in the epilog. Amazing story with s wonderful underlying message!
