Excellent succinct book. Goes straight to the point with great examples and workbooks to go!

There's some real solid advice here. The book is short, and does consist of just 3 sections each with "the one thing" to takeaway, which you could look up and wrote down. However, you'd be missing out on the depth and reasoning behind each "thing". It's an easy listen and we'll performed and I'm convinced everyone can take something from it.
