Loved it! I wasn’t sure what to expect due to reviews being hit or miss, but I thought it was great, some unpredictable, some predictable (but more in an edge of your seat anticipation type of way) - The narrators did a great job too

Seriously though, give a listener a warning that it ends on a cliffhanger, I have MONTHS to wait according to the next expected release date of the second UGH

The fmc gave in too quickly and it was just about the spicy scenes. A story we've heard before..

If you like why choose romantasy this is an enjoyable listen, it's quite similar to a few other popular series but still good in it's own right, I actually thought it was a standalone but going off that ending it isn't and I'll happily listen to the next one once it's out,

This is the 1st book ive come across for this Author and boy am i glad i took a chance.

The story building and the way all 5 of the main Characters interact are well written with some spice sprinkled in. The narrators did a good job too in conveying the emotions.

The ending tho... whilst i had an educated guess (about 2/3rds into the book) was correct has me annoyed in the best way. Its a good cliff hanger.

Im just annoyed that the next book isnt due out til May 2027... I should have kept this on my wish list as i get annoyed at having to wait so long for the next part... espcially on a book im so invested in.
