This book exceeded my expectations . I had been looking to understand how to handle difficult people and then as I got deeper and deeper it started to address concepts that gave me so much insight into my own character and how I first needed to heal aspects of my own personality. The solutions were the most practical and thought provoking of any self help book that I have ever read and I've read many. An insightful
and deep look about the personality of human beings without the psychoanalytical jargon that usually accompanies it.
