My wife is going through the menopause and wanted an audiobook that was written by an expert who could provide her with some answers to a number of questions she found difficult to find through other sources. She found the audiobook to be really helpful, giving her strategies to help her in her day to day, making life easier and less stressful for her as a result. It was a comfort for her to hear the words of the expert and found the narration was easy to follow.
