I found this narrator very hard to listen to - with an affected softness of voice throughout. I listen to audiobooks read by people of different genders of different nationalities and none his bothered me
Like this. I find it’s better if listened to on a faster speed, but I still have made little progress with this book in a couple of years despite several attempts. This may just be me… I should perhaps have listened to the sample first.

I have 2 adopted daughters. The eldest is 17, autistic, has cptsd from birth family, school challenges and bullying, and attachment disorder amongst other mental health challenges. She has a massive desire to quit her life.

CAMHS and social care have frequently not had the correct approach when dealing with her so I am educating myself to enable me to help her before all is lost.

I have found this audio book extremely informative and helpful.
