There's no shortage of information on Type 2 Diabetes, whether in books or online. I should know, I researched extensively for years to understand this condition. Unfortunately, a lot of the information is conflicting which can be frustrating for someone wanting to become healthy, again. Turns out I was misdiagnosed, but it was helpful to learn what REALLY contributes to quality health as I did my research.

Michele Favarger has provided an extensive amount of information to ground a person with Type 2 to understand what is going on in their reality, what to pay attention in order to improve your odds, what tools are helpful, and what to pay attention to. When I was learning as much as possible, all of the bit of information where in different places and I had to piece the information together. Michele has the knowledge all in ONE place!
