This book was recommended to me by a student on a two day introduction to GROW coaching conversations course. I’m so glad she recommended it. Karl’s simplicity of vision (supported by real world business and life examples) is a manifesto for soul leadership. That is, leadership which is true, brave, kind and curious. It’s the kind of leadership that (through feeding the leader’s own soul) feeds others and sets the culture around the leader.
