I tried a number of times to listen to these stories but, each time, I realised I was absorbing nothing due to the nature of the narration.
I hate to criticise performers but, in this case, I think it's only fair to suggest to other potential buyers that they should search for the titles read by someone else.
I'm baffled that a quick search reveals that this narrator has over 1100 books on Audible. Was this recording just a bad day at the office or are all the others equally unengaging?
