Sometimes all the world needs to implode is an overload of good intentions.
When a new medical technology is developed in Japan, the CIA is nervous. It's a noble idea, but if it fell into the wrong hands, it might provide all the ingredients for a mass terrorist attack.
The CIA's worst fears come true when they uncover a black market sale of the technology to a known terrorist organization. Unable to step in themselves, the CIA hires Wolfgang and his team to sabotage the sale, and recover the tech.
