I found this book very informative and full of practical, actionable advise, in particular about nutrition!

excellent and informative

So I’m only 15 minutes into this audio book and already living with regret. The narrators voice is monotonous and mechanic and I’ve just been informed that I naturally am not mentally tough. Because I am a woman. WHAT?! The sweeping and sexist generalisation is mind boggling (it hasn’t upset me, just mildly annoyed me- before I’m accused of fulfilling a prophecy!) I’ll continue listening if only for a laugh...

It's an awful book to be honest. Barely about sports psychology and has very little factual or scientific evidence in it. It's split into chapters that have nothing to do with sports psychology

Awful book - not about sports psychology

Absolute garbage. William Bahl should be ashamed at how utterly terrible he is at a task as simple as reading.

Absolute trash. Sounds like it’s read by Microsoft Sam

- It seems to be narrated by a voice generator. Terrible listening experience.
- The quality of content in this book is very poor, full of cliches and over used quotes, lacks any original ideas or thoughts.
- I got through 45 minutes of the book and counted the term “mental toughness” being used over 50 times. It was over kill!
- It sounds like a 7 hr 30 minute cheesy American infomercial.
- Could have been written by a 15 year old GCSE student, for a 15 year old GCSE student.
- Hard to believe this book was released in 2019 especially when it suggests boys are known to be mentally tougher than girls because they are brought up not to cry or convey emotion.
