I wish I had this book to give to my son when he was a teenager. I know so many parents like myself who struggled with this topic and wish there were a resource for our kids to tell it all in a straightforward, non-judgmental manner and in their own language. This audiobook is exactly that resource. I do recommend that parents listen to it as well to better react to their teens' actions and behaviors and if questions are asked, to be prepared to answer them. There comes a point often that teens come to their parents for a heart-to-heart conversation, even if they don't want to. I also like the narration that compliments the book really well.
